WARRANTY
We guarantee all merchandise sold by bentinbend.com.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a refund.
Please note that we do not do exchanges. It is easier and faster to just return the item to us and place a new order at your convenience.
After 30 days, BENT LLC. cannot accept returns for any reason other than defects.
To return an item purchased
Pack and return the item in the original packaging and shipping box, if possible.
Include the original packing slip or receipt and your reason for return.

BENT LLC warrants our products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of Six (6) months from the date of original purchase.
This warranty does not cover damages caused by an accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear/tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over an extended time and use. Only original, unaltered and unmodified and workmanship are covered.
Items purchased through other retail locations
We do not offer returns or exchanges on products purchased at locations other than bentinbend.com. However, we will replace a damaged item as per our warranty policy. All you need to do is contact us directly at wilson@bentinbend.com
